During my stay, I faced some issues that affected my enjoyment. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy, preventing a good night's sleep, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room had a musty smell that lingered throughout my stay, making it less comfortable.

The location was primo, just an 8-minute stroll to the beach! Sadly, the warm water in our shower kept failing. 🛁

this place had such a loud market right outside, I was just appalled when I requested a quiet room and got a road-side view instead. the beds were so hard, I couldn’t wait to leave. I almost wrote a glowing review but how could I when I wasn’t even offered a complimentary water bottle?

The room was spacious and perfect for our family! We loved being so close to the vibrant Kata night market and just a short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed Dino Park Mini Golf nearby, which added fun to our stay.

My kids wished for a lift since the stairs were a bit much after a long day.

It was just a balanced option for an overnight stop in Kata Beach with attractive and competitive value for money. The rooftop pool was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring, offering nice views. Make sure to check the stairs if you're not keen on climbing them.
